Performance It has the performance of chemical stability,ideal lubricity at high temperature and adhesivity.Being non-corrosive and non-toxic,and it is also characterized by demoulding easily, improving the forming quality and extending serivice life of the moulds.
Usage :Widely used in forging and stamping industries,it is an ideal mould lubricant for demouding at high temperature in the hot machining of ferrous metal.
We have manufactured a new kind of white mould lubricant which is used in forging industry .It is environment-friendly besides having the same performance as graphite lubricant.It will be liquid in the temperature range from 600°C to 900°C with good fluidity and also can demold easily .
